Fee Refund Policy

GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION IN VARIOUS UG/PG PROGRAMMES IN COLLEGES/INSTITUTES AFFILIATED TO INDIRA GANDHI UNIVERSITY MEERPUR, REWARI (w.e.f. 2025-26)

a)  If a candidate after having been admitted to the first year of a programme, leaves the progrme without attending any class and he/she applies for a refund of fee within 7 days of the date of admission, the fee paid by him/her shall be refunded after deducting Rs.1000/-.

b) If a candidate after having been admitted to the first year of a programme withdraws his/her candidature within 15 days and the seat vacated by him/her is subsequently filled up, the fee paid by him/her shall be refunded after deducting 15% of the fee paid by him/her subject to a minimum of Rs.1500/-.

c) It is clarified that filling of complete sanctioned intake is not required in this case. It is also clarified that if the seat vacated by a candidate is not filled up, the fee paid by him/her would not be refunded.

d) If a candidate after having been admitted to the first year of a programme withdraws his/her candidature after 15 days up to last date of admission and the seat vacated by him/her is filled up from waiting list or through inviting fresh application, the fee paid by him shall be refunded after deducting 25% of the fee paid by him/her subject to a minimum of Rs. 2500/-. It is clarified that filling of complete sanctioned intake is not required in this case. It is also clarified that if the seat vacated by a candidate is not filled up, the fee paid by him/her would not be refunded.
